Sarah Fard originally created these materials for her own use as a public school music teacher. She is a music educator in Massachusetts with a BM in music education from the University of New Hampshire (with a focus on jazz guitar), a MM in music education from Boston University, and a graduate certificate from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee in Music and Autism. Aside from teaching high school music full time, she also works with the Berklee Institute for Arts Education and Special Needs in various capacities and teaches in the Masters of Music Education program at Longy School of Music of Bard College.
